RCCG Hall of mercy is the second parish of the RCCG to be planted in Bwari, FCT and the first born of Covenant Chapel (Current Provincial Headquarters of RCCG FCT Province 14). The parish was established on the 28th day of September 1998 by the then RCCG State V State Pastor, Pastor Olu Obanure (of blessed memory) with Bro. Sam Osamolu as the pastor-in-charge and DCN. Lanre Osho as assitant. The church met in the Living Room of pastor Sam Osamolu for the first one year at SSQ9, Nigerian Law School, Bwari, FCT.
