Our History
RCCG Hall of mercy is the second parish of the RCCG to be planted in Bwari, FCT and the first born of Covenant Chapel ( Current Provincial Headquarters of RCCG FCT Province 14). The parish was established on the 28th day of September 1998 by the then RCCG State V State Pastor, Pastor Olu Obanure (of blessed memory) with Bro. Sam Osamolu as the pastor-in-charge and DCN. Lanre Osho as assitant. The church met in the Living Room of pastor Sam Osamolu for the first one year at SSQ9, Nigerian Law School, Bwari, FCT.
The ground breaking for the permanent building of the church on the present site was performed by the duo of Pastor J. P Odesola and Pastor Olu Obanure accompanied by Pastor Dele Babade. The church grew and on 27th May 2004,
Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Samuel and Pastor (Mrs) Titilayo Osamolu were the pioneer pastors of RCCG Hall of Mercy. They pastored the church from inception in 1998 till 2011 when they were transferred by the authorities of the mission. Upon their elevation to the position of APICP CSR in September 2019, they were transferred to RCCG hall of mercy.
Pastor Sam Osamolu trained as a lawyer at the University of Ibadan, Uni Lag and currently serves as a law teacher at the Nigerian Law School. Pastor (Mrs) Titilayo Osamolu studied Religious Studies at the University of Ibadan. She is a Chief Lecturer at the F.C.T. College of Education, Zuba, F.C.T
